Does the Media Make Nuclear Power the Big Bad Wolf? Yes. The media is dominated by political hacks and ethically confused do-gooders who lack hard science training and comprehension. News stories are routinely laced with emotion and opinion. Media consumers are on their own to discern fact from fiction in news, opinion, advertising and hybrids of the three. Easier said than done after decades long disinformation campaigns in public schools.
