ICANN published new Universal Acceptance guidelines this week, and it reminded me of an issue from the early new-gTLD days.

Some websites used to reject perfectly valid longer extensions because their checks were built around short TLDs like .com or .org.

Has anyone seen a recent case where a buyer, client, or end user could not use a valid newer TLD on a website or online service?
