yes, this will be a tricky one.. at the moment problems are not there as haven't seen anyone really offering solid hosting service for the web3 owners..
who will be responsible? .. this will be a crazy ride, as anyone involved can be held responsible > company that minted the web3 domain, the blockchain that hosts the smart contract ..
my bet is that there will be an organisation similar to ICANN, but for the web3 names only.. will see
