I created a blog about dogging areas in the UK posted some locations around the UK back in November 2008 since then it has received just over 11,200 unique visitors and now averages 2000 unique hits a month. I have never promoted the site what so ever all the traffic is organic from the search engines.

The site ranks first page of google for the term dogging areas. And usually number 1 for dogging areas in a town or county.

93% of the traffic is from search engines and the top keyword searched is dogging. I have attached proof of traffic.

The site has a low bounce rate of just over 30%

This site could be monetised for affiliate dating or dogging sites easily. Im looking to sell to fund new projects but wont let it go for nothing so sensible offers please taking into account the unique traffic the site is receiving.
