Ok I can see where the traffic is coming from using Yahoo Site Explorer. I'm a little too busy to post a full report now but I suggest you do so. The site still has pages indexed in Yahoo (and probably the other SE's) which will probably be dropped once they update again.

Looks like a good deal, but the risks are considerable (taking into account there is very few days of stats).

I have had a few former popular sites and the tendence is usually to have the traffic reduced in a 50% each month (aprox) until they settle. When they've been very popular the traffic takes a while to completely disappear but it is drastically reduced the first 2-3 months (and so is the revenue).

With that said, I would thank a realistic price range you could consider to accept.
