closed Domain 5wk.com and active forums

Didn't see anything in the rules agains appraising domains w/sites, so here goes:

http://es.5wk.com forums website and 3 char name. Overture shows 820 for 5wk, related to the "foros".

Gets 1000 - 1500 posts per day. Zero ads. Zero rev.

Is this worth anything? If so how much?

Hard to evaluate but the traffic should be the determining factor here. There are a few users on DNF with the Latin American audience in mind so you might have a small pot of gold.

Yeah, phpBB's not that great but vB doesn't seem that much better and it costs $ for a forum not making any, so there you go.

Traffic is about 1k uniques a day, tons of page views (30k/day) and another average 20k per day just from the googlebot.

Any thought on value?
