Most are registered at Host.al, Euro DNS and Loopia...

Renewal for .al is 16 Euro and for .rs is 20 EURO...

Who has the right to register .rs domains?

.rs domains can be registered by:
a physical person who is a citizen of Serbia
a legal entity located in Serbia
a physical person who is a foreign citizen if the Administrative contact is a physical person residing in Serbia or a legal entity located in Serbia
a foreign legal entity if the Administrative contact is a physical person residing in Serbia or a legal entity located in Serbia

To recapitulate, all interested persons can register .rs domains. Foreign citizens and companies must state the Administrative contact that is either a physical person or a legal entity from Serbia.
