The Dutch register SIDN are a bunch of amateurs. At first they designed landrush rules that allowed hammering the registers servers. A couple of registrars took advantage and were succesful. After that the SIDN stated those registrars acted according to the rules, did nothing wrong and were more succesful than others just because they invested more time and money. Now just a couple of days later SIDN they force those registrars to return a substantial number of domains to the register.
