Domain Leasing

I'm looking for feedback about domain leasing. I don't want to part with some of my domains but would sure like to get some revenue from them. Is it worth going with a leasing company like Sendori.com or Leasethis.com? And if anyone is interested, I'd like to lease "getfunding.com" and "localrestaurants.com".

I have been on both sides of the leasing table and at the end of the day it has to be a win win situation for both sides. I have not used the companies you posted , I simply approched the deal as if it was high traffic retail space. right now I am working out a deal to lease learningcentre.com (uk/canadian spelling) to a tutoring company for 1% of it's value per month with first right of purchase if I decide to sell.
