"domain name on special"

Bought a domain name, tried to initiate an internal push at netsol, which ive done about 10 times. This time I get an error that the name is ineligible to be pushed into my account because "domain name is on special" and cannot be put into my account. Anyone encounter this already?

damn, no one has ever experienced this?

You just have to call NetSol. Sometimes they want you to send in a fax with a photo ID etc. I guess it's a "Security" thing. I had it happen on several domains last week.

yea this happened to me last year. Had to call Netsol everyday for like a week straight. No one there new what "Special" was.

The people that work for NetSol customer service are special alright. They have Special Needs!
