Godaddy.com offers very good pricing overall and with the code OYH3 you get .com (maybe .net's not sure) for like $7/yr.

I believe when you goto register the .com name at Godaddy during the checkout process they offer you a nice discount to register the other major ext's like .org, .info, etc with it.
