Domain not showing in namecheap panel after reactivating and its showing parked page

Hey,

I reactivated a domain on namecheap last week or 2 weeks ago and the domain still isnt in my control panel and its showing the parked page.

Im losing my traffic and money to advertisers because my DNS isn't set.

I have already emailed namecheap but I havent heard back yet.

This has happened before but I need the domain in my account to edit the DNS ASAP

Anyone know whats wrong and how I can fix it?

As in directly via email or their ticket system?
