Sedo and Moniker would be two good places to start your search. Both appraise portfolios and have very good reputations. Watch out for places like AllForDomains.com, which for the most part is not a very trustworthy place to have your domains appraised. They are associated with a lot of domain appraisal scams.

Please contact me for a custom quote for your portfolio. Moniker appraisals include both an individual professional (an officer of Moniker) analysis plus statistical analysis that result in an appraisal used for determining loan valuation or write off value for the IRS or what domains are really worth.

Thanks for the info! I've have contacted Sedo in the past and they do not give appraisals for portfolios the size of mine. They replied, "We simply don't have the resources". I do have some domains parked at Sedo, but not nearly a fourth of them. Perhaps I will try Moniker.
