Domain Redirection / Search Engines

Any idea how to redirect a domain to a folder on another domain, and have the redirected domain appear in search engines with the content of the webpage?.

I tried redirecting a few domains to folders within one of my sites, but the domains don't appear in the search engines. I used the registrars domain redirection service. Some domains appear in the search engines, but just the domain. No information, no titles.

I know with mydomain.com the doman will appear in search engines, but I don't like mydomain.com. Half the time it doesn't work, and they like to sneak in popups.
