Sometime when I am searching for names it says the damoin can be backordered but other time it does not. How does a domain become not available for backorder? just wondering for basic knowledge!

Hi

I may be wrong, but I've always thought that if a domain has been registered for several years, then they wont give you the option to backorder.

If it has been registered for more than 1 year, then it will not be deleted in a year, and a backorder has no sense (backorders usually lasts one year)
