I had planned to develop the above site but I am preparing to hed back to school soon and I have to many sites on the go so I am liquidating.
The site is using the dram system plus (http://dramsystem.com)

the design it is using comes with it however I did some customizing of the look some what. (including the professionally designed logo) I will include 2 other logo designs.
The dram system is automated to the server and enom account and will create domains and hosting plans automatically. Please visi there site for more info on this script.
You will need a server with cpanel/whm. Basically a hosting account that you can provide hosting. Here is one I recommened:
