Has anyone ever rented their domain to someone or ever rented it from someone.

I am interested in renting some of my domains out and we are just about to rent a domain for 3 years with a buy option at the end (giving us the option to purchase and the seller has to sell as long as we have maintained our payments)

Has anyone come across this before?
