I'm looking for a domain or collection of domains that have a proven steady income of $1500+ p/m for at least 1 year. This income must come from organic traffic, or via some form of autopilot system that requires no maintanance.

I have a sizeable budget, so would be looking to hook up with someone who wants to trade a steady income for a cash lump-sum.
