Nice BIN deal for quick and easy money, but I think you left some on the table as a CVCV.

When did you price it and do you ever go through to reevaluate BINs and adjust?

Hi

acquired that domain 14 years ago for $27,
so it wasn't quick and easy money, though the transaction was swift and easy

i price, based on how much i want for the domain, at the time, that i set a price.
now if it sells, prior to any price increases, then buyer gets a savings.

leaving a few dollars on a table is not an issue, when roi is satisfactory.

:)

imo...

Do you ever revisit pricing due to inflation or demand of different types of names?

Not a bad ROI at all in 14 years. Just wondering how many times, if ever, you increased the BIN from 14 years ago so that others may be able to learn from this. I will typically review domains once a year upon the renewal and increase or decrease as I feel fit.

Hi

yes, price auditing goes hand in hand with ppc stat checking.
and, in-demand names get audited more frequently.
for wufy, that domain was previously set to "make offer" and received 0 inquiries prior to selling
though i did get $1500 offer via NP.

as for pricing, i may accept less than fixed price or the BIN amount, depending on offer.
and some names don't have pricing at all. which is intentional.

from my perspective, most newbies don't see far enough in the future, to hold a domain name 5 yrs, let alone 14 years
they all into quick flipping and trying to sell names before 60 day lock.

how can you maximize roi, if you don't hold your names long enough to get to know them?

imo....
