i have one domain called, remido.com

and there's an established company called, remidostore.com OR remidocompany.com

i want to offer my remido.com to them

but im confused, am i have gonna have issue with TM (trademark) here :?:

thx for your answer :cheesy:

ps : remido.com is not mine

there is no clear yes or no answer to your question, but in most cases there are two cases:
1. if remido is a made-up word then yes, you might get in trouble
2. if remido is a generic term like "Chair" , then you are safer because I don't see how the owner of chairstore.com could go after chair.com just because the owner offered it to them for purchase.

anyway, this is just my opinion, I'm not a lawyer
