Hi, I hope this is the best section to place this question. I am looking for a good tool or site to check trademarks on a domain. Which ones do you recommend?

Trademarks can exist regardless of registration status. For trademarks in US, you can check the USPTO.

Hi , i need advice !!!

Recently i registered 5L.com expired domain, that is trade mark for some mobile app. And software company, buth vhen you go on UPSTO.GOV there is no that trade mark, buth on the Trademark File there is . I am from Europa and I dont know what to do :

1 . Will i contact that company and try to sell them domain name , because they registered that name in 2014, 2015

2. Do i need to transfer domain on some other registar (now is Go daddy) to be secure and hire brocker to sell for me

3. Other options….
