I think I saw it somewhere we need to wait 30 or 90 days before we can transfer new domains to another registrar? Can someone confirm it? Thanks.

Depends on the registrar it is at now. Godaddy requires 60 days from changing any of the registrant information before allowing transferring of the name to another registrar.

Where is the name located?

What about Fabulous? How long do you have to wait for them?

Not sure about Fabulous. I stay far far away from there.

I believe it is an Icann rule that new domains can not be transferred for the first 60 days of registration.

Plus, a domain should not be moved for 45 days after it is renewed.

I believe a few members of DNF have commented how they lost the renewal cost when they transferred before the 45 day wait period.
