I have comminucated 3 times in the past 2 years and their replies were always cryptic english auto translations from German. and when I replied,, they gave me back some more cryptic pricing system that didnt make sense, and they then failed to reply to my next emails. 3 times.
I dont think they speak English.

I gave up registering account with them due to all the error messages are German that I did not have any chance to know where did I do wrong, though most of their website content are English.
