Personally, a forum for domain name discussion needs to end in a .com for me to think anything of it... Just seems more important to have the .com for this type of site, since you have to assume most of your audience will be fellow domainers... who for the most part from what I can tell aren't exactly registering cc's left and right. Just my .02. No question about it, the keywords are good. I just think the .cc hurts it a lot.
