With great reluctance I am putting this website up for sale. Owning this domain was a dream of mine and I had massive plans for development. Unfortunately an opportunity has come my way that needs a large start up capital, thus I am forced to sell it.

The website only launched two weeks ago and already the forums are doing very well (with only very little promotion). When the domain was just a holding page it got roughly 20 unique typins a day. Now the site is averaging around 200 unique visits a day.

I have thoroughly enjoyed running this forum in the sort time it has been open. Many people have commented on how successful the website is imminently going to be. Also, even though the site hasn’t been up for sale I have still been receiving offers. This is a very desirable website for anyone in the domain industry.

The domain itself cost me $15,000. In total I have spent roughly a total of $4,000 on the website itself. Design, coding etc.

Currently the only revenue stream from this website is the adsense banner displayed to logged in users. This could easily be changed.

The domain is registered at namecheap for a quick and easy push.
