These names have been pawned to Digipawn. The owner of these names must pay back his loan before Nov. 7th, or begin paying 10% interest a month, if he would like to retain ownership. So, until the owner actually defaults on these domains, Kevin does not have authority to sell. I am actually the exclusive broker for these names and can give an incredible deal on them, until Nov.7th.

They've already sold so its all cleared up. Apparently communications got screwy on this group, and I had been authorized by Rick, but there was a situation with the prior owner, where Nacho had authorization for this group also.
