This is a private group started by DotComGod and members here awhile back.

They sold "X" amount of shares and basically pool their resources together for projects and such.

ah. ok. Still starting another one now or was that one the only one.

That has been the only one thus far. I don't know of any plans at this time to get another one going. Maybe in the future
