We are quite a few who have landed with our snapbacks there.
Now they have an online interface. Also their whois server doesn't mess with the email field anymore.

Well, you can only change emails and nameservers.
You can't do anything else, like unlock the domain or change the whois details.
Of course you can't push a domain to another account.

You can change the whois info with the "Update My Information"-link.
They will probably improve the things over time...at least it says so on their frontpage.

"Update My Information" is not the whois info, from what I see.
It's the account information.

One could think that, but I tried it yesterday and the whois info was updated.

Very nice improvement. Attempting to transfer the name I have with them shortly.
Maybe they will sell their functionality package to all the other makeshift registrars.

clem- They said to me they enforce the 60 day rule so your name is stuck for a bit (possibly).

I think they are a bunch of monkeys - DNS updates don't seem to be real time.

They are monkeys for sure.
They are now asking me a notarised letter to unlock a domain.
