Who are they and what do they do? Their registration numbers are sky rocketing and they don't even have a way to register them on their site.

I belive nameadmin
and they are "filtering TRAFFIC" domains.
They register 10000+ domains in day, look 2-3 days if it gets any traffic they will pay for it, if not, they will hit the delete button and don`t pay anything.
