i recently acquired a domain name that was registered with domainnameshop. the domain was transferred to me and i was sent an email with the instructions on how to login to my new account. except the email i got was in a foreign language.

"Domeneshop - Ditt passord på www.domeneshop.no" is what the email looked like in my inbox.

when i go to www.domainnameshop.com the site is in english, but when i login to my account everything i see on the page is foreign besides my domain and my email. how do i make my account english related?

I can definitely help you out here. Domainnameshop.com is Norwegian.

1. Log in at www.domainnameshop.com
2. Click "Gjør endringer" under the "Domenenavn"-menu to your upper left.
3. Click the tab called "Konto-innstillinger"
4. Under "Foretrukket språk", choose 'English' from the drop-down box and then click the "Endre" button.

It should all be in English now. Good luck!
