Hi
though they are all one-worders, I don't see any that are premium
slurs, in itself, is not a positive connotation. as most slurs are offensive in nature.
excluding.org has no real usage potential
and
waged.net is past tense, as in after the bet is placed.

Actually excluding is a premium - https://www.namecheap.com/domains/registration/results.aspx?domain=excluding
Take a look for yourself.
Excluding.org is $2903 on namecheap and has premium next to it.

Namecheap seem to be doing what a lot of domainers do - slapping premium on a dictionary word.
It means nothing by itself. It is not a product. It's not a noun. It isn't used commonly to 'mean' anything tangible. It is not a service. It is not a 'category killer'. It cannot be tied to anything obvious, has no obvious use, and no obvious route to monetisation. Therefore it's not premium in my opinion.

excluding.org was created 8/22/2018 and isn't shown as premium on dynadot
namecheap the registrar, or any registrar, can list a domain as "premium", but that doesn't mean it's a Premium Quality domain
ie: it may be beef, but it's not steak
and that would be the true difference in premium.

The reason that they slap that title on some names is because it is on some reseller site like afternic or Sedo. On any of these networks, you can put a 2000 dollar price tag as a buy it now, and then these sites will sell it for you as a "premium" domain name, and you will pay them a cut of the sales price after they move the domain to their registrar.
