domains with federal in it

Hello...

I don't mess with TM names, and I was wondering about domains with federal in it

note, these names below are not names I own, just hypothetical examples:

federaljobs.com

federalloans.com

taxesfederal.net

etc...

so, if its generic word, with federal in it, and you let the PPC networks through up relevant ads - could this be a TM issue?

Not familiar with the "federal" aspect of things but probably as long as you aren't actually using the name of a federal department I would imagine you would be fine... Not 100% sure tho, just IMO.
