Okay so I forgot I even had a domainsite account with domains in it until I bought a domain today that I had to have a domain pushed to the account. My email shows the user id, domains that ended up expiring etc but when I try to log in my account it now says there is no account with that id.
I have the emails to prove the account existed along with the domains that should have auto renewed. Anyone have this happen to them before? Surely they don't close accounts due to non activity?
