Yesterday I bought a snapback at Domainsnaps.com for ******.com and paid via Paypal successfully. But at last I got a feedback "Server error, Please contact us", then I checked "my snapbacks", did NOT found ******.com in it. When I checked the snap status of this domain, I find it is still available for snap!
I emailed domainsnaps and made the help request on-line for 3 time, but until now NO any response except for "Your message was read at 12/11/2003 10:15 AM"

Have Somebody the same experience with them? How shall I do. I hope I can get my payment back at least.

Thanks.

No any response so far.
And I know Domainsnaps and DNforum belong to the same one.
Is this your so-called bussiness?

Domain Snaps is very bad with customer service. All you can do is continue
asking for assistance thru DNF.

You might want to register a complaint with PayPal.
Plus, you might want to complain directly to SnapNames.

SnapNames is excellent in customer service.

InterURL, at least you got a response.

I don't alway require an instant solution to a problem.

All I ever want is communication about the problem.

Luc, the former owner of CheapSnaps, use to be one of
the best in communicating with his customers.

To bad Luc sold CheapSnaps.

Thank you, Actnow.
I should have read the threads refering Domainsnaps, then I might not go through their service.
Well, I will be waiting until Monday and decide if not or to contact Snapnames and Paypal.
I have not used CheapSnaps. Has the service level of Cheapsnaps lowered now? What about Snaps.com?

I can not answer that. I stopped using CheapSnaps after Luc
sold it.

Well with such small profit margins I doubt any of these sites can give great support. Surely these people are looking at it more like a headache now than anything. But at least there are lower priced alternatives than straight up snapnames.

I did not expect for great support, but at least they should are responsible for my payment, this is a principle.
I pay for their service but get nothing.
