Some nice keywords there but i don't know much about the domain extension .co.in so couldn't possibly give an appraisial, but if the .co.in is not an english speaking country they would most probably all be reg fee.

Firstly .co.in is not the 3rd level india domain, it is currently number 1 and is used as a 1st rate domain by people in India, companies like hsbc use .co.in, althougth,that said i think .in may catch up and overtake but as yet no one truly knows.

India is a fast growing economy and .co.in and .in domains are gaining in value and popularity ,i may be mistaken but i believe all LLL.in and NNN.in domains are now gone and recent sales of both .co.in and .in are good.( see dn journal or Sedo).

With regard to your names i think domainsales is potentially the best and could be developed to report all the sales of .co.in and in,there would certainly be enough sales to keep the site of interest to people. IMHO
