he has been trying to sell the domain amazontalk.com along with full permission from amazon allthough he has no permission, its pretty much the other way, he is being forced to hand over the domain

with permission, allthough i have a current paypal dispute going ahead saying he has no permission to use it, and is being forced to it over to amazon, and of course with hundreds of lies to make his dispute beleivable, he is a scammer, dont trust him :bandit:

This person may have lied about the permission but I do not think that Amazon will win UDRP case. Amazon is a generic word and combo amazon+talk is not a TM! So, Amazon.com are just pressing and I really hate when big corporations behave like that.

I agree. You can't TM domain name that include Amazon in them. It's just not fair.

It had amazons logo on the site, it was obvious it was about amazon, but he says he has to hand over the name to amazon therefore he filed a paypal dispute against me

isnt it "amazon.com" that is the business's name? rather than just "amazon" there are plenty of business with the name amazon
