Great names, certainly. But you can register many great names with country codes. And both of your names are still available in some country codes.

Because most country codes are still considered very weak extensions, most of the domains will require development to realize good value. That certainly can change in the future, but for now it holds true.

So I don’t see much value now, but in the future ???

i think the value lays in the development, i have spyware.la, not exactly a country code but still a similar situation, i think your names can be worth a lot to the right SEO people
