I agree with Mark Jackson SEO is very important and absolutely not a waste of money if you let the right persons to do it, but doesn't youropenbook.com refer to the bad search engine optimizers which will do a SEO for only $150 with a chance that your website actually does gets penalized because of all the bad backlinks they refer to your website?

anyone can learn seo and its not as complicated as it seems. Just stay relevant, add a few fresh content now and then and you should be fine. Use the title and headlines right too.
