I am sure a ton of yall can relate to this.

I just bought the com version of DontTreadOnMe. Estibot puts it at an even 23K.

Can anyone tell me what they think it is worth?

I have a yucky feeling in my stomach. :disappointed:

Thanks

I wouldn't of even regged it, but not sure what it means or if it stands for something... Not really sure how you would of got ripped off... whether you paid $2 for it or $2,000 ~ you bought it because you wanted it...

low xxx tops

Sorry bud.

Sorry, reg-fee for this name

I dont see any use for the domain?

Other than historical value (and a short resurgence with the Tea Party movement) as a name this does not have much value.

Its only salvation would be to become a popular anti-government ranting & raving site. But there is already too much competition and noise in that category.

Without traffic information, other stats and doing no research can't see how Estibot said 23k, especially since they appear to not like 4 word names?

P.S. However, upon further thought, isn't this the motto of the Marines? If so, maybe that's where they get the value from and why it's worth much more than first believed?

Most here are wholesalers???

Whether that is true or not (not true) does not change the fact that you are getting good, solid, factual opinions and appraisals. What do you think Estibot is?

Doing some homework before making the leap of faith can save a tremendous amount of aggravation, time, and expense.

agree... I guess he wanted a 23k appraisal from us too...

And the domain itself flew over my head.... lol, but my opinion still stands.

Some Domain Names really do need a 'Vision' to be developed into something that others can see a value in. Some don't have a clear, easy to see use and thus a low value to most people. If you have a 'Vision' for this name it might be a good idea to at least make a cheap 'startup' type of Website using your intended Vision. Nothing fancy but it would probably get the attention of those to whom you believe would 'Hello' that vision that you seem to have for it. Its more of an end user type of play IMO.

Good luck!
