DOTSTER HELP!! NameWinner Guy !!

Hi,

i just realized one of my names which is Xciting.com suddenly is not in my dotster account anymore but is at NamesDirect.com !!
I haven't opened an account there.
When i try to login to NamesDirect it redirects to my dotster account but the names is gone in my account !!
The whois still shows me as registrant but the registrar shows namesdirect instead of dotster and the name is not in my account anymore.

I got the name through NW a while ago and it *was* in my dotster account.

PLEASE HELP !!!

I have many names with namesdirect, I mean namewinner got them for me and they are with namesdirect but I can see them all in my dotster account.!

I never have opened an account at ND as said and the name indeed *was* in my dotster account since NW grabbed it for me.
I have made a screenshot of the order invoice which is still avail for that name in my dotster account.

Me neither, But namesdirect is catching for namewinner like partners for snapnames! I think that namewinner got Your name aslo with nd ! Thats nothing new! And You can see and manage nd names with Your dotster account, they most be in Your dotster account!

UPDATE:

Erm...kinda my fault...but only kind of.

The names seem to be there in my dotster account;
they just weren't visible in "Quick access" mode....

BUT: They were indeed visible in quick access last time i checked plus indeed the registrar changed in whois for xciting.com from dotster to namesdirect without doster informing me about that so i think my concerns are/were understandable
