Dotster is wretched!

Recently bought a few expiring names from someone here. Went in and had to deal with Dotsters horrible control panel. After all my updates were done, namely whois records so I can transfer away said expiring domains, it took 16 hours for Dotster to send an update to the registry. How in the world can they survive conducting business this way? Moral to the story -- if you get a name that is close to expiring look close if the domain is with Dotster or one of their cronies.
