yep one word
but the right links and SE's will see down load as download
just search for it on the estimator and you'll see how adwords considers it the same as download both have 400M+ searches now matter how you look
anyway, we don't expect much out of it, but it could be seo'd with enough links to be for a while 'download'

but generally yeah, not the word people 'looking for'
but if we stick eventually page 1 serps for 'download' on any of the big 3

but not a true keyword
nominal value in our opinion as a vanity type name that could fool some of the SE's for a while if we hit it hard with some nice text links saying here's DOWNLOAD at www.down-load.org
never tried that trick, but well worth a reg fee and some mass linking from internal network we run

my 11 yr old loves it
