Difficult one to help with!
.ws is the first stumbling block and "down" what?
Down as in depressed - setup a kind of Internet Samaritans?
Hope someone else has some ideas.

the ext ruins the name, what can u do with .ws? i would say probably nothing cause its not worth spending anything on developing it. good luck!

Let's see if we can make this work.... Since .ws stands for "website", down.ws could stand for "down website", and could be a brand of a website monitor ...
