I am putting up for sale one of my sites. It is a templete but I added some changes to it.

It uses Click Bank affilates to get the music.
I have just added Adsense to it and it has already made money.
Traffic Stats
It is listed in several directories and I have links to it from a few of my other sites and I will leave the links for another 3 months.
I have also paid for a sponsor listing on Businesseek.biz for 6 months.
