I'm a developer at heart Joe. I cannot come up with a development project that I personally would have interest in.

That leaves it up to dream psychologists, hocus pocus crystal pendant sites, and generic branding of a company related to hope/the future/motivation/etc. (the last being the most suitable market).

Still obviously a great domain. Current end user? Lowish middish $xxxx (probably high $xxxx to low $xx,xxx in the years to come).

Current domainer? Lowest $xxxx sounds right, due to the lack of instant commercialization options for every day developers.
