Anyone know the drop cycle of .CN & .DE domains ?

I've been looking for the same info on .de - specifically:
- what time of day do they become available for re-registration
- how long from expiration (or removal from .de zone) till they drop
- is there any way to discern the expiration date of a .de (it's not in denic's whois)

Answers to any of these questions would be a big help!
