Sorry to ask a question you guys are all in the know about.

I am willing to spend hours of my life trawling through these lists and posting my finds however where do you guys do all your research to come up with these posts.

I keep reading about all of these drop lists etc but is it a case of just trawling through deleteddomains.com etc...

I'd love to contribute as you guys post some nuggets in here however I need a little push in the right direction.

Thanks for your help in advance chaps.

Trawling through lists at www.exody.com is one way, I'm sure we've all done it.

Extracting names from the lists more quickly is something you may wish to consider, and Microsoft Access can help you, or any db.

Access may need a short night course.

I use Softnik's filter - nice tool and it's free - can't be that combo!

What does it cost for one of those names on the lists you have provided?

D-R is good but slow.
You may want to try Namesniper or Try a demo account at Dropsolutions.com

Save it as a text file, then open it with Excel and use "Space" as the delimeter. You can then sort it if you want, or just copy the column that contains the domains.

Hi Who is

(then look at the whois.networksolutions.com ones

Then add 5 days to the date)

Is your comment the norm about whois.networksolutions.com do the majority of these names get dropped 5 days after the date? If so, are there any other registrars that are consistent and what are the time frames? Thanks - Learning every day!
