I'm an Exclusive Lifetime Member - could some of the problems I've/other users have been experiencing be due to the system thinking for instance the Exclusive Lifetime Member accounts are Platinum accounts after the forums crash when members were reasigned their status (which may have been done incorrectly as upon my initial request for status upgrade nothing happened)?

Could you be very specific about any problems you have encountered? If you will do so, I will make sure they are brought to management's attention. We very much appreciate your membership, and I will try my best to get you answers and/or solutions to these points.
