well if that means it was in the $20,000 - $35,000 range you should have cashed the check and bought yourself something nice.

it is a very nice domain but not much by way of searches. develop it into some medicare/drug program sign-up site and you eventually could see 20-35,000/ year.

How can you turn down offers like that?? I guess I do have one domain that I'd turn down such offers, but not many. It's a very good name. At least $50K to an end user if you wait long enough.

Its a good name, but I would have jumped at anything over $20K.

Gentlemen,

First of all thanks for all the comments and appraisals.

Btw, In the past I have turned down so many great offers on many of my other domains also. Why? Really don't know......lol... ..I guess I got greedy when someone made an offer. But slowly I am changing as my needs for money are now much more bigger as comapred to before. So I have started to look at the offers more realistically and thats why actually now I get a feel for the value by posting here when in doubt.
