We had several issues with the same situation. There are 59 seconds within a minute before the clock is ticking to another minute.
Suggestion:
- Extend the auction another 12/24 hours and apply anti-snipe rule.

I will make the change to the rules so that anti-snipe is automatically in affect for the situation like this.

I think that would be a fair and equitable solution...so why not do that. You can hold onto the payment I have already sent you until settled.
